Super Simple Meal

Serve just these or add whatever is in the fridge
ground meat, diced ham, leftover chicken, chunks of cheese, canned tomatoes)



I've added Parmesan cheese (you could also add some sliced cheese for mac & cheese)
Another option is to simmer for a few minutes in Evaporated Milk...I always have this on hand.



Perfect seasoning for kids..No Salt.
Get them use to spices/flavorings early and they will not be so picky later on.

Bite size is better. Look for loaves of "mini slices" by the deli counter. It's a great way to get the kids to try something different. Above is Rye but there is also Honey Wheat & Pumpernickle.
